Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for (agents, support, and leadership positions), including high-volume and ramp hiring.
  • Conduct HR interviews onsite and offsite; screen candidates and endorse qualified applicants to accounts based on hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with account managers and operations to meet manpower targets and turnaround timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, external advertisements, and candidate databanks.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of candidate files, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new hires to assigned accounts.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and support employee movement within accounts.
  • Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR inquiries in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and training coordination initiatives to reduce attrition.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO operational standards.
  • Prepare HR and recruitment reports such as headcount, hiring status, and attrition updates.
  • Support change management initiatives and implement HR strategies aligned with BPO business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years and above as HR Generalist experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong background in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
