Responsibilities

*HR Generalist*

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Handle HR processes including attendance, contracts, performance monitoring, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR initiatives
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

*KOL Business Developer*

• Source, recruit, and manage KOLs/influencers for marketing and live-selling campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, creators, and partners
• Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and performance targets
• Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies

*Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–2 years experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, Business Development, or Influencer/KOL Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with influencer/KOL platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Can work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Experience in e-commerce, live selling, or digital marketing is a plus
