Position: HR Officer – Labor and Employee Relations

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Makati

Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: On-site

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of consolidating updates to the company's rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Handles the daily administrative tasks in Employee
  • Relations and HR duties of an organization.
  • Planning and implementing programs and processes to improve employee welfare.
  • Managing employee records in Employee Relations
