Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain employee records.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related areas.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
