Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Contribute to performance management and appraisals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication skills, knowledgeable in payroll, and compensation and benefits management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll administration, and benefits coordination.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and adaptable to changing situations.
