We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage the company’s human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR policies, leading recruitment efforts, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Support department heads and team leaders in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee training, professional development, and career growth programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and termination processes with professionalism.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and systems with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, or CIPD is a plus).
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role (Manager, Supervisor, or Senior HR Officer).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR management tools.
