Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR processes, resolve employee issues, implement policies, and oversee compensation structures.
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong supervisory skills, proficient in human resource planning, employee relations, and compensation and benefits management.
- Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment, occasional travel for training or recruitment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of integrity.
