- Palladium Outsourcing Services is a leading provider in Consultancy and Management Services, dedicated to optimizing client operations. We are seeking an HR Manager/Supervisor to enhance our team dynamics.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma; further education in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR management or as a HR supervisor.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication abilities, employee relations expertise, written communication proficiency, and recruitment skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, conduct training, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with typical work hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
