Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor for HR Operations oversees end-to-end HR operational functions, ensuring efficient manpower sourcing, accurate compensation and benefits administration, compliant employee records management, and effective utilization of the HRIS to support project-based and head-office requirements.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise recruitment and staffing activities for project sites and head office, including manpower planning, hiring timelines, and onboarding.
  2. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company benefits.
  3. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee 201 files, contracts, and employment records in compliance with DOLE requirements.
  4. Manage and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process automation.
  5. Coordinate with Finance and Operations on manpower costs, headcount reports, and benefits reconciliation.
  6. Implement and monitor HR operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  7. Address routine employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, employment status, and records.
  8. Prepare regular HR operational reports and analytics for management.


Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  2. At least 4–6 years of HR experience, with supervisory exposure.
  3. Strong background in recruitment, C&B, HR records, and HRIS.
  4. Experience in construction or project-based environments is highly preferred.
  5. Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.

Location and Work Arrangement:

  1. This role is based onsite in Iloilo City.
  2. Open to Iloilo-based professionals and candidates from outside Iloilo who are willing to relocate.
  3. Relocation readiness and availability for onsite work are required.
