Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and seasonal requirements.
• Maintain employee records and contracts in compliance with labor regulations.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort’s values.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.

3. Training & Development

• Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development and hospitality training sessions.
• Ensure compliance training (health & safety, customer service, etc.) is completed.

4. Performance Management

• Coordinate the performance review process and assist department heads in setting KPIs.
• Support managers in developing improvement plans and recognizing achievements.

5. HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and resort policies.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and leave administration.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

6. Policy & Culture

• Update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort operations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, guest-oriented environment.
