Description
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant HR experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, talent management, compensation, benefits, and leadership development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee HR operations, implement policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require occasional travel for recruitment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
