We're Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Block 2, Marian Industrial Park, Lot 25 and 27, Marian Road-2, Parañaque, 1713 Metro Manila

Industry: Food & Beverage / Food Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director

Monthly Salary: ₱170,000 – ₱175,000


About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic and growing food industry environment. You will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our production and support teams.

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts across all departments.
  • Handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage performance reviews, training, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Support engagement programs for both office and frontline employees.
  • Supervise the HR team and work closely with leadership for organizational development.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience (preferably in food or manufacturing)
  • Strong understanding of labor law, payroll, and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with compliance, employee welfare, and performance management
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
  • Experience in either the Food and Beverage industry or Manufacturing
