• Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and administrative positions

• Supervise documentation, onboarding, and contract processing of deployed workers

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies

• Manage and mentor the recruitment and HR support team

• Coordinate with client companies regarding project-based hiring and staffing needs

• Monitor employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally

• Collaborate with operations team to match hiring priorities and deployment schedules

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed

• Build and maintain a strong employer brand and recruitment pipeline for future expansions

 • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources (Only HR-related roles will be counted; experience in unrelated fields is not applicable)

• Must have held a supervisory or managerial role in an HR department

Strong experience in:

• Recruitment and mass hiring

• Government compliance (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)

• Employee onboarding, contract processing, and documentation

• Disciplinary handling, mediation, and internal policy enforcement

• Client coordination and manpower project monitoring

• Timekeeping, attendance management, and basic payroll processing

• Training coordination and performance tracking

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, multitasking, and team leadership skills

• Must be highly responsible, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of daily HR operations

• Preferably with experience in a manpower agency or outsourcing company

• Fluent in English and Filipino; strong writing and reporting skills
