Human Resources Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administrative Assistant Intern to support our HR and administrative operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, office coordination, and employee engagement activities, providing a solid foundation for a career in human resources and administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees or interns.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports as required.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Support in organizing training sessions, meetings, and company events.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks — filing, documentation, and inventory tracking.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR and management teams.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
