Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Support organizational scaling through workforce planning tied to project timelines and expansions.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new business units, policies, and project developments.
  • Provide HR insights to support investment decisions, project staffing, and productivity improvements.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Lead full HR operations including recruitment, payroll oversight, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractor engagement rules, and workplace safety standards.
  • Establish HR metrics and regular reporting on performance, headcount, and attrition.

Talent Management &Organizational Development

  • Build a strong talent pipeline for sales & marketing, property management, project support, and corporate teams.
  • Lead performance management, competency frameworks, and career development initiatives.
  • Design and implement employee training programs focused on sales excellence, customer orientation, and service culture.

HR Leadership & Culture Building

  • Promote company values and uphold an engaging & high-performance culture.
  • Coach and mentor HR team members to elevate HR capability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, Business Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Preferably with background in real estate or property development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making experience.
  • Adept in change management, talent development, and labor relations.
