Description

  • Provides support in Benefits administration.
  • Management of employees’ SSS filings and loan certification.
  • Handles the shared mailbox of Total Rewards Operations to answer Employment Verification requests from external parties. 
  • Facilitates the HMO enrollment, member code, and HMO card distribution to newly enrolled employees

Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree Holder of Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses.
  • Must have 6 months to 1 year working experience in Benefits administration.
  • For fresh graduates preferably with 3 months internship RELATED to Benefits Administration. (Strictly Must have)  
  • Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in Insurance or financial industry. 
  • Experienced as Benefits Administration: Government-mandated benefits filing, and other benefits. (Strictly Must have)  
  • Background in insurance operational processes is an advantage
  • Amenable to report on site 5 days a week, preferably residing near Makati. (non-negotiable) 
  • With good communication skills, Highly Analytical (Strictly Must have)  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word) (Strictly Must have
