Description
- Maintain cleanliness in office areas, restrooms, pantry, and other workspaces.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are regularly emptied.
- Assist in moving and arranging office furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, or reporting repair needs.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, or handling bank transactions.
- Help in setting up and cleaning conference rooms before and after meetings.
- Support office staff with clerical tasks like photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Comply with company policies on workplace safety, hygiene, and security.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Other task may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate or vocational course/college level
- Preferably with prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance work.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Makati City
