Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Execute deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries
- Report maintenance issues and concerns
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations
- Provide exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, expertise in general and upholstery cleaning, disinfection, furniture and carpet care.
- Working Conditions: May involve physically demanding tasks, working in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness.
