- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and assist guests in making dining selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; excellent communication and waitering skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily during evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
