Description
The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Online Store Program Manager will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Use our web interface for building customer E-Commerce sites as defined in our internal project definition system (CORE), with much of the build information submitted on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintaining and updating existing customer E-Commerce sites based on requests received from an online ticketing request system.
- Adding/updating items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the PeopleSoft web interface and synchronizing this information into the E-Commerce system.
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent E-Commerce related website elements to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to email and phone inquiries from sales associates and customers.
- Work with our integrated partner network to coordinate the integration and testing of templates/products on the partner’s external systems.
- Prepare implementation letters and completion certificates.
- Manage the deadlines on E-Commerce site builds and help ticket service level agreements on existing E-Commerce site maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with sales associates and customer service team to hand off projects upon completion.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of Experience in an E-Commerce role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
- Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
- Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
- Proficient with E-Commerce platforms
- Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
