- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in customer service software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
