- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' health conditions and requirements.
- Answer queries with complete and accurate product information.
- Generate sales and assist in retail operations management.
- Participate in improvement and engagement programs.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Store Executive.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates from medical and hospitality fields (e.g., BS Pharmacy, BS Nutrition, BS Nursing, BS Biology, Hospitality Management) are an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in an onsite retail setting
