Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills, menu planning, inventory management, and knowledge of food safety standards.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, create menus, and ensure quality control.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, long hours, and potential for high stress.

Other Requirements: must possesses NCII , TM1 and NTTC documents.
