Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on the Bitcoin trading market and Web3 industry trends, monitor domestic and international policy/regulation changes, analyze competitors’ business models, strengths, and weaknesses, and identify potential market opportunities and collaboration avenues. Provide data-driven support and decision-making insights for business expansion.
• Prepare regular market research reports for senior management, covering market trends, shifts in client demand, and potential risks, to inform corporate development strategies and marketing plans.
• Track emerging technologies, applications, and business models within the industry, assess their potential impact on the company’s operations, and propose innovative recommendations to foster business innovation and growth in the Web3 space.
2. Client Development and Relationship Management
• Develop and expand a client base—including individual traders, corporate clients, and strategic partners—in the Bitcoin trading and Web3 arenas. Source leads through industry events, seminars, social media, online advertising, and other channels, and maintain a comprehensive client database.
• Create tailored marketing plans and partnership proposals based on client needs and profiles. Present the advantages of the company’s Bitcoin trading platform, service offerings, and Web3 use cases to secure commitments and finalize cooperation agreements.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to gather feedback on platform usage, promptly resolve trading issues, enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, uncover additional client needs, and drive repeat business.
3. Partnership Channel Development and Management
• Establish and expand cooperation channels with Bitcoin wallet providers, blockchain technology firms, digital asset custodians, fintech companies, traditional financial institutions, and other strategic partners. Build stable, long-term relationships and jointly execute marketing campaigns and business projects to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages.
• Lead business negotiations with partners to define collaboration models, profit-sharing mechanisms, and contract terms. Draft and review cooperation agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests.
• Monitor partner collaboration progress, regularly evaluate performance, and coordinate to resolve any issues or conflicts. Ensure smooth execution of partnership projects and achievement of objectives. Adjust partnership strategies as needed to optimize channel structures.
Qualifications
1. Education
• Associate degree or higher in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or a related field preferred. Solid professional foundation with the ability to quickly master Web3 industry knowledge.
2. Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles. Candidates with backgrounds in trading, blockchain technology, or fintech are highly desirable. Familiarity with business development and marketing operations, client demand characteristics, and industry collaboration models is essential.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and project collaboration. Ability to independently conduct client visits, negotiations, proposal development, and project management. Candidates with a robust network of clients and partners are preferred.
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills
• Strong understanding of trading principles, processes, and risk control measures. Knowledge of Web3 technologies (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledgers) and their financial applications and trends. Ability to deliver professional technical presentations and business pitches to clients and partners.
• Proficiency in marketing theory and practice, with strong abilities in market research, data analysis, campaign planning, and brand promotion. Skilled in leveraging various marketing tools and channels to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Capable of engaging effectively with diverse clients and partners to reach agreements and finalize contracts. Empathetic listener who can adapt proposals and marketing strategies to client needs.
• Familiarity with relevant trading and Web3 industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to ensure legal and compliant operations during business expansion, monitor regulatory changes, and provide compliance guidance and risk alerts.
