- 制定及執行成長策略，推動用戶獲取與留存。
- 分析數據以識別成長機會並優化營運效率。
- 與市場行銷團隊合作，執行有效的廣告與促銷活動。
- 管理並優化客戶旅程，提升用戶體驗。
- 監測並評估市場變化，調整策略以增強競爭力。
任職要求：
1. 對 Web3 產業有深入理解，熟悉區塊鏈核心概念（如公鏈、智能合約、DeFi/NFT 等），能清晰剖析 Web3 職涯生態與所需技能；
2. 具備社群媒體運營經驗（小紅書／抖音優先），了解平台流量邏輯，有直播控場及互動引導經驗者佳；
3. 形象氣質佳，鏡頭表現力強，願意在鏡頭前直播，溝通表達流暢，能快速回應觀眾提問並自然轉換話題；
4. 學習能力強，能迅速掌握公司課程產品細節，準確傳達核心價值。
