Job Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our B2B and B2C clients. You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs aimed at generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities and implement campaigns that deliver results. A strong background in data analytics, paid media, email marketing, and CRM programs are essential for this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition / Lead Generation: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase user acquisition and demand generation to drive high quality leads across multiple channels including email marketing, paid media (PPC, display ads), performance marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and events.
- Growth Strategy: Identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Lead Nurturing: Build and implement lead nurturing workflows and automation to engage and convert leads through the sales funnel. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand off and optimize conversion processes.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve marketing performance and optimize customer journeys.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) to track performance, measure KPIs,(CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs) and make data-informed decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Retention and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to drive user retention and maximize customer engagement across all touchpoints.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM and CRM.
- Experience with data analytics tools and proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A/B testing and experimentation experience is a plus.
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, scoring, and qualification methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Background in both B2C and B2B or SaaS growth marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies with advanced knowledge of lead scoring and marketing attribution models.
