This position is responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of the plant, reliable energy delivery, and upkeep of the whole site. Leads the engineers in assuring the good condition of the asset by executing timely work on plant equipment in a safe and environmentally sound manner, within quality, schedule, and budget objectives. The Plant Supervisor is functionally responsible to the Grid Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree with PRC License, preferably REE
• At least five years of experience in similar operation and maintenance for power plants
• Preferably with experience in Photovoltaic-Solar Farm
• Familiar with EPC contracts and warranty/performance management of solar power plants
• With background and experience in maintaining a power plant facility
• Proven expertise in Photovoltaic-Solar Farms is considered a plus
• Proven experience in Power Plant operation and maintenance
• Familiar with EPC contract and construction management of solar power plants
