1. Work closely with the company and the Marketing Department to fulfill requirements, responsible for the creative design and production of various marketing promotional materials, including but not limited to event posters, product promotional posters, and brand promotion collateral.

2. Participate in planning the visual style of marketing materials, ensuring design outputs align with brand tone and enhance communication effectiveness.

3. Communicate efficiently with the Marketing team to accurately understand requirements and translate them into visual solutions, delivering designs on time.

4. Assist with basic video editing tasks (e.g., short-form video editing, color grading, subtitle insertion) to support diverse presentations of marketing content.

5. Organize and archive design assets and final deliverables, maintaining the company’s design resource library.

1. 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience, capable of independently completing poster designs.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent aesthetic judgment and creative ideation skills, with precise control over color, composition, and typography.

3. Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

4. Basic video editing skills; proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut is a plus.

5. Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work under pressure and respond efficiently to requests.
