We produce and rigorously test hundreds of video ads for our clients to support their marketing efforts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and more. Many of the biggest direct-to-consumer brands in America rely on our team to drive their business growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek an experienced, skilled designer proficient in digital content media, adept at translating ideas into impactful visuals under tight deadlines. Expertise in design software and a comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing are essential. Join our team in crafting compelling static and motion ideas that resonate across a variety of verticals and exciting projects!

• Deadline Deliveries: Meeting deadlines and turnarounds for client needs under tight timelines. We are looking for someone who can produce creative, high quality work under the timelines necessary.

• Enjoy a steady schedule from 12 AM to 9 AM PHT, Tuesday through Saturday, following the rhythm of the US calendar, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing your talents to our team.

• English Proficiency Level B1+ is essential for clear and effective communication and understanding project requirements.
• Someone who is a graphic designer, with multiple years of experience, with demonstrated ability to make premium assets
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Familiar with Social Media Platform style guidelines, aspects, and tone (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Amenable to do work from home
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
• Thorough understanding of branding and marketing concepts, with the ability to tailor designs to meet brand guidelines and objectives.
• Organized, critical thinker, and has a creative mind.

Tech Requirements:

• Dedicated computer
• Memory/RAM: 8-64 GB RAM or as much as you can afford (ideally at least 16GB)
• Processor: Multi-core Intel i5/i7/i9 models (i9 is best). Preferably 4 or more processor cores. Ideally 9th generation and newer.
• Storage: At least 256 GB hard drive, 7200 RPM, preferably SSD (fastest), HDD also good.
• Graphics Card: Depends on video editing software. For example, Premiere Pro does well with both AMD and NVIDIA. (Minimum 2GB memory)
• Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux
• Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speeds / 50 Mbps upload speeds)
• Experience with premium editing tools, software, and audio/visual creative content creation techniques
