Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of visual and video assets, including social media creatives, banners, key visuals, and marketing materials
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube
• Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance video content
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Review and improve design and video work from junior designers or freelancers
• Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and operations teams to support campaigns and ongoing content needs
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve content performance and engagement
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends, video formats, and social media best practices in the Philippine market

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, including graphic design and video editing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Solid working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance requirements
• Excellent visual sense, attention to detail, and quality control skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design outcomes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment, gaming, or online platform industries
• Knowledge of basic UI or web design is a plus
