Overview:

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our client's marketing team as a Junior Marketing & Design Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment. You’ll support a wide range of initiatives—from creating marketing materials and editing videos to assisting with campaigns, brand assets, and administrative projects that support our loan officers, branches, and corporate marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content Production

  • Create and update branded marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Design social media graphics, flyers, and presentations aligned with the company brand and compliance standards.
  • Perform light video editing for short-form content, corporate messages, and social media clips.
  • Prepare production files for print and digital channels; ensure consistency across templates and collateral.
  • Support creative requests for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

Marketing Support & Administration

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the company's marketing asset library and internal content systems (Total Expert, HubSpot, SocialCoach, etc.).
  • Support national campaigns, internal communications, and event marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, promotional orders, and print production as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to support both national and branch-level marketing efforts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign and content ideas.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, and on time.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design (internships or freelance experience welcome).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus).
  • Proficiency in online creative solutions (Canva, ChatGPT) required.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines and follow creative brief instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (HubSpot, Total Expert, Monday, or similar) preferred.
  • A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow within the mortgage and real estate marketing space.

Why Join the team?

  • Be part of a collaborative, high-performing marketing team that supports over 1,700 loan officers nationwide.
  • Work for an employee-owned company that values creativity, culture, and community.
  • Gain hands-on experience in brand development, content creation, and campaign execution across multiple marketing channels.
  • Opportunities for growth within a national organization that invests in your career and professional development.
