Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang

• Build, optimize, and maintain high-concurrency, high-performance systems

• Participate in system architecture design and performance tuning

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to deliver stable and reliable features

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience

• Proficient in Golang, with solid understanding of its concurrency model (goroutines, channels, etc.)

• Strong experience in high-concurrency system design and performance optimization

• Proficient in Kafka, Redis, and MySQL

• Hands-on experience with gRPC, including RPC service design and implementation

• Familiar with microservices architecture, including service decomposition and basic service governance

• Good understanding of common backend technologies such as HTTP, RESTful APIs, and databases

• Basic ability to read and write technical documentation in English and Mandarin
