- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Document production processes and report discrepancies.
- Assist in training new operators as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate machinery, oversee production processes, and ensure quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced industrial environment with potential exposure to noise and safety hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong team player.
