Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, safety standards, and operational policies.
  • Manage budgets, forecast resources, and allocate operational funds effectively.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize returns and minimize costs.
  • Lead and mentor managers and staff across multiple departments.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Identify risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Manage relationships clients, suppliers, and business partners to maintain strong relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize costs and quality.
  • Implement modern technologies to streamline processes (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in developing long-term operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, and equipment management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
