- Assist in AP, AR, GL
- Ensure timely and accurate billings of invoices
- Follow up closely on all outstanding payments
- Issue statement of accounts to clients
- Prepare AR ageing reports
- Liaise and follow-up with different stakeholders i.e. landlords, vendors, service provider etc.
- Assist in getting quotations for office purchases
- Bank in cheques
- Daily data entries
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Good accounting knowledge
- Hardworking, self-discipline and self-motivated
- Able to meet deadline and stay focused on the details of job to ensure accuracy
- Meticulous and willing to learn
- Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience will be advantageous Proficiency in XERO preferred
