Qualifications:

• Experience in Account to Report or General Accounting process (experience in compensation and benefits is a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Open to work in flexible shifts to align with global or regional responsibilities (Americas / EMEA / Asia)
• Above basic skill in using standard Microsoft tools including excel and MS Teams
• Can manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
• Open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies.
• Experience in a Shared Service or BPO organization.
• Experience in SAP. Experience in participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Educational Attainment:

• BS Accountancy or equivalent

Work Experience Requirements:

• CPA is a plus but not required

Daily Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead 4 or more finance and accounting professionals

- Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope

- Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items

- Understand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions

Monthly/Quarterly:

- Support the timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements

- Review and approval of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation.

- Stakeholder management

- Email management

- Tasks management

- Lead close out of issues

- Liaise with senior finance leadership across Tax, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit and other finance teams
