Job Description
- Issue invoices to customers and track payments
- Process monthly payroll & staff claims
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, manage stationery and pantry items etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 3 years working experience in related field
- Meticulous, pro-active, positive attitude, good team player and able to work independently in fast pace environment
- Candidate must be able to speak English and Mandarin
