Billing Specialist

Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Support audits and other financial assessments.
- Collaborate with finance team for financial analysis.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and conduct audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, teamwork-oriented, and effective communication abilities.
