Job Description
- Check and verify the validity, accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by suppliers and /or employees
- Record the transaction accurately and timely
- Communicate timely with the supplier / employee and / or his / her immediate superior should there be control variances with the received documents
- Ensure the receipt of regulated documents (official receipts, sales invoices, etc.) related to the expenses and disbursements of the Company
- Ensure timely processing and payment of business taxes, income taxes, etc.
- Participate in the month-end closing procedures
- Submit reports to the immediate superior timely, accurately and completely
- Organize and compile supporting documents for easy retrieval
- Provide assistance during internal, external, regulatory, and compliance audits by retrieving documents and presenting them in an organized manner
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and / or Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience as an account receivable
