- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting professional development.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and auditing standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial insights and support.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of related experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, billing, financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, bill management, and account reconciliation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
