Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Conduct audits and assist with tax preparation.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Field Accounting, Cash Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Cost Accounting, and Financial Accounting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, assist in audits, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, standard business hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and a commitment to integrity.
