Job Description
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
- Plant, prune, and cultivate flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Ensure proper irrigation and drainage systems.
- Identify and manage pests and diseases.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Provide seasonal maintenance and design recommendations.
- Collaborate with landscape architects and clients.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in gardening preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in routine inspection and maintenance of plants and landscapes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform planting, pruning, and weeding; monitor plant health.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions.
