Job Description

• Responsible for the analysis of system requirements, system design, and security design related to payment systems, as well as writing core functional code and developing and maintaining core system modules
• Responsible for system performance optimization, tackling technical challenges, and continuously enhancing system stability in a large-scale distributed environment
• Address various potential technical risks in the system to ensure safe, stable, and fast operation
• Actively keep abreast of industry developments in the payment field, research relevant new technologies and trends, and promote technological advancement and innovation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field, with over 5 years of Java development experience (no limit for exceptional candidates)
• At least 2 years of development experience in payment-related fields, with experience in payment/risk control/reconciliation/settlement projects
• Proficient in using common frameworks and tools in Java/Golang, such as Spring Boot/Cloud, Mybatis, etc.
• Proficient in open-source distributed components like MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Experience in developing core, large-scale, high-concurrency microservice architectures, service governance, service monitoring, etc.
• Passionate about technology with a strong research spirit, sensitive to new technologies and industry trends; possess strong execution skills, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent learning and communication abilities.
