Job Responsibilities:

1. Enhance user engagement and retention rates by implementing user growth strategies through data analysis and market research;

2. Plan and execute operational activities, including but not limited to user acquisition, retention, and transactions, to increase transaction volume and the number of transactions;

3. Monitor user behavior data, address and manage VIP user needs, and promptly resolve user issues;

4. Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to improve product quality and user satisfaction.
