• Prepare Technical Drawings – Create detailed drawings and designs for products in accordance with the client’s requirements and specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) – List and specify all necessary materials to be used in the production process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department – Collaborate with sales staff to clarify client requirements, design feasibility, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the Costing Department – Work closely with costing personnel to determine accurate costing and establish appropriate selling prices for products.
• Coordinate with the Production Department – Ensure that production outputs strictly follow the approved drawings, measurements, and design specifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, Industrial Design, or any related technical/vocational course.
• With or without license are welcome
• Preferably with experience in drafting/designing for furniture related industries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and costing coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and technical specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments (Sales, Costing, Production).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
