Special Track for Fresh Graduate/Junior Developers

Looking to grow in the ERP space? We're offering a 3-month training and onboarding program with:

• Monthly training allowance
• Hands-on experience across SCM, CRM, HCM & RDM systems
• Technical mentorship and code reviews
• Final exam/task-based assessment
• Chance to get hired full-time after successful evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end interfaces using React.js
• Build and maintain back-end APIs using Node.js (Express.js)
• Work with Firestore (NoSQL) and MySQL (SQL) for modular data storage
• Design, document, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs for ERP components
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams on feature delivery
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of ERP modules

Qualifications:

• <1 up to 2 years of experience in full stack development
• Knowledgeable in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS
• Knowledgeable with Firestore and MySQL
• Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and microservices
• Familiar with Git, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to ERP modules or experience in SCM, CRM, HCM, or RDM workflows
• Understanding of compliance workflows and enterprise-level systems
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
