- 负责 Flutter 应用的架构设计、开发与性能优化
- 参与需求评审，提供技术方案与实现评估

- 实现 UI/UX 设计稿，确保界面美观、交互流畅
- 对接后端 API，完成数据交互与状态管理
- 参与代码 Review，分享技术经验，提升团队整体水平
- 熟练掌握 Dart 语言与 Flutter 框架
- 熟悉 Flutter 常用组件、布局与动画
- 熟悉状态管理方案（最好是GetX）
- 具备 RESTful API 对接经验
- Android背景优先考虑
- 有技术优化或框架设计经验优先考虑
