  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy front desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
