Description
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, emphasizing strong foundational skills.
- 20-30YRS OLD
- ASSIGNMENT AREA: PARANAQUE CITY
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a front desk or help desk position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; strong English language skills; excellent time management and organizational skills; analytical abilities; and effective written communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require standing or sitting for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
