- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Education Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication abilities, basic computer proficiency, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, answer phone calls, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Full-time role with potential weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanour, punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
